Preparing your stand
We are happy to arrange the furniture and accessories for your stand. Everything from chairs, tables, pc tables and roll-ups for the brochure stand. Maybe you need flowers, plants, or a bowl of candy. Just ask, we will solve it.
In conjunction with the exhibition, it might be good to have a room for special meetings, discussions and business meetings that are difficult to hold in the exhibition itself. We offer you the possibility to rent conference rooms adjacent to the exhibition.
We can help you with your technological needs. Wireless IT is always included, but we can also organise an internal connection if required. Will you need a flat-screen TV, a laptop computer or a sound system? We can arrange it. We can also provide a projection screen, overhead lighting, a sound system, etc.
Through our cooperation with Jetpak, we offer comprehensive logistics solutions – from your address, to the exhibition stand – and then back to you. Alternatively, we offer delivery from the Jetpak warehouse to your exhibition stand, and then back. Additionally, we can assist with the handling and storage of empty packaging.
Our marketing packages are very flexible, and we offer, among other things, additional exposure areas beyond the stand or exhibition.
