 If you want to send or deliver material to a conference at CCC, please contact us first. Storage space is limited at both Norra Latin and Folkets Hus, and there is no guarantee that we can accept your material in advance.
In an effort to guarantee storage space, environmental considerations and secure deliveries, CCC collaborates with Jetpak and DHL Trade Fairs & Events for the shipping and interim storage of goods for all meetings and exhibitions at Folkets Hus and Norra Latin.
When you send material, please remember to write the date, name of the arranger, and name of the building where the conference will be held.
Jetpak
Our collaboration with Jetpak includes a total solution for shipping to and from the Exhibition/Trade Fair from anywhere within the Nordic region. Jetpak is open 24 hours, including weekends and public holidays. Jetpak offers door-to-door service, and can store empty packaging if required. Jetpak also offers CCC’s clients a special shipping discount.
