Jure Utbildning started its legal training services three years ago
after running a successful publishing firm and legal bookshop for more
than ten years. Both operations have similar markets and goals.
”We have rivals - but we think our courses are better, mainly because
we are all lawyers,” says Karl-Fredrik Björklund. ”We often use
textbooks to construct our courses, and legal training is similar to a
book project.”
Popular courses include public procurement law, labour law,
construction law and liquidation. The real bestseller however is the
Personal Data Act, which many people find complex and difficult to
interpret.
”Jure Utbildning is one of the many training firms that benefit from
our purpose-built venues in Norra Latin,” says congress manager Monika
Malmén. ”And that’s not surprising in a former school building.”
