After an eventful day, it is nice to be cared for in one of our restaurants and have the time to discuss the day's impressions with colleagues or new acquaintances.

Our creative kitchen team offers delicious menus with great variation. Choose among menus that contain Swedish flavours, as well as impressions from all over the world. Along with our menus, we recommend our beverage package. Here is a selection:

Starters

Long roasted veal roast beef with pickled beets, mustard mayonnaise, baby spinach and herbs.
A modern approach to a Swedish classical dish: gremolata and lingonberry herring, egg anchovy salad, crispbread baked with Västerbotten cheese and brined salmon with celery herbs and chervil aioli.

Main course

Halibut with white port wine sauce, roasted parsley root, Swedish herbs and potato puree.
Grilled tenderloin fillet of beef with almond potatoes, red wine sauce, pork and mushrooms.

Dessert

Lukewarm cheese cake with cloudberries.
Selection of mini crème brûlée, chocolate cake and forrest berries.

It's great to hear the rising murmur during a dinner, you see exactly how the guests relax.
