Do you wish to stream your message ”live” world wide? Let us assist you! The conference can be viewed by a selected few or a large group of people and be made available for varying period of time. In this package we offer streaming of up to 200 simultaneous viewers.

If your meeting includes several speakers in different rooms, we recommend a presentation network. Our skilled technicians will assist you in uploading your presentations in consecutive order for the right room. The technician will also ensure the slides have the correct resolution for our large-screen projectors.

Large meetings, conferences, annual meetings and congresses sometimes need interpreting equipment for fast and effective simultaneous interpretation. City Conference Centre has good working relations with interpretation services.
